Does everyone remove the ABS fuse to due burnouts a the strip or has anyone found a brake lock for the front anywhere?

Turn traction control off.

exactly, without a line lock the clutch packs will be toast in no time; Bill Curlee and I spent some time discussing diffs with Phil from DTE at the Cruise-In(Bowling Green, KY), Phil had quite a few parts from catastrophic diff failures

Get your linelock from Cartek. It comes with pre-bent lines and makes installation a breeze.

No need to pull a fuse. Put the car into competitive handling mode. Get tires wet. Pump the brake pedals 2-3 times and engage linelock. Put the car in 2nd gear, dump the clutch and wait for smoke. Nothing to it.

Got my linelock from Cartek. Very easy to install and works great. Depending on the year of your car, you may or may not have "competitive mode" (enables you to turn traction control off while leaving active handling on). Get the linelock and smoke those reat tires without killing your rear brakes and other parts.

Without a linelock (traction control off) I rev up the car a bit, slip the clutch out and move that foot to the brake pedal while maintaining rev's with the right foot on the throttle. Takes a little practice.

I have foot braked my burnouts now for two years and had over 60+ passes on my 3.90 DTE diff. I do change the diff. fluid twice a year though.
