These are the two codes Im throwing. I looked up under it and it looks like the wire jacket was melting somewhat, so I relocated it. I've heard it does usually have problems with the Heated O2 sensor, since its farther back and doesn't have cats anymore. Any thoughts?

I just got through looking over the wires, they look fine, but melted the jackets a little. But im taking it to my tuner wednesday to see if a scan will indicate whats going on. I had a hard time routing the wires from the front o2's back to the connectors. The way the o2s are setup they have to be crossed back over the collectors then back to the connection paks. Im hoping its a simple fix.

Are you running factory front sensors in the headers? Or did you move the factory rear sensors up into the headers? A lot of times the factory front sensors don't have enough wattage heaters to keep them hot which will cause those types of codes, so the solution is to move the rear sensors up to the front location and use 4 pin flat plug to 4 pin square plug adapters.
Sounds like you got this part correct, but remember left front sensor goes to left harness, right front sensor to right harness.
The rear would be too long and the connections wouldn't be the same. I removed the fronts from the manifold and put them on the merge collectors and got extensions. The prob was that the wires point the opposite direction and you have to cross back over the headers in order to run back up to the front connection paks.

What brand header are you using? Are you still running the factory rear sensors? Are you running cats on the car? My LG pro headers shipped with the little 4 pin flat plug to 4 pin square plug adapters which allows you to hook the factory rear sensor to the factory front harness. You will end up with extra cable you need to wind up and tie off somewhere. You should be able to buy the adapters from LG, if you bought LG headers they will probably give you a set no charge. Running the rear sensors in the front will most likely solve your code problem. I'm running 4 factory rear sensors on my car with no problems. Those factory front sensors have low wattage heaters and don't stay hot enough when they are moved that far down stream from the engine. They work fine when they are up there close to the engine.

No cats. I think the rear O2's are longer than the factory front so it didn't appear they'd fit in the heat tunnel. My tuner is going to scan it tommorrow. We'll see what happens. I may remove my rears and take them in with me. He might agree and put them in. Of course he probably doesnt' have the 4 pin flat to 4 pin square adapter.
Keep your fingers crossed

Everything appeared fine to him. He scanned it while running at idle. The o2's are both sending signals to the pcm. He deleted the codes so they won't throw any codes anymore. He said to keep an eye on it, but it didn't give me any problems on the 20 mile drive home from work today.
