Anyone install an LS2 or LS7 in their C5?

I just installed a 454 cid LS2 stroker in a 2001 C5 for Robert Judd (Gen III Motorsports)... I also have a 421 cid LS2 stroker in my '00 ' road race C5... I have also delivered three 418 cid LS2's for use in C5's. No LS7's installed yet. Lots of others have done the same...

What are the difficulties of doing this type of swap? I have and MN6. Would any upgrades be needed for the transmission? What kind of cost is involved?

Both LS2 and LS7's have been transplanted into C5's. Cost ranges are all over the map depending how you option it out.

Other than additional displacement in either the LS2 or LS7, what options would you need? Say I just wanted the 400 hp or 505 hp from either motor.

What heads, cam - solid roller or hydraulic etc.....

You can get a 402 based on the LS2 well over 500 rwhp with the right heads and cam. You also will spend less than the crate LS7.
