Default C1214 Other Questions

NooB here, with an some additional questions about this code, and help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

I have a 02 Z with 20k miles
This is the ONLY code it's presenting.

I have searched thru the previous posts about this code
checked connections/wires - lubed all connectors with dielectric grease.
fuses are ok, tried the 30mph pedal stomp, hammer, etc.

Hooking up to snap-on scan tool i checked the wheel sensors, they are all working OK, each reads properly, etc.

The ONLY paramaters that did have any issues that i could tell were: SWbatt(v) was low (i'm not sure, but it's the input voltage that some part of the comuter sees, and mine was .5v and it was suppose to have a range of 12+v) Now i have proper igniton voltage, and have never had a voltage drop below 8, so i have that ruled out too.

This code came up after mounting new wheels/tires, and i cleared/unhooked battery overnight, and it went away, which made me think to check all the connections. Then had it aligned about 4 days later, code came back, tried same procedure, and have put 1000+ miles on it this weekend, and no change since...

I'm just making sure i have everything narrowed down before i replace the expensive part!

If anyone has any other ideas OR knows what causes that SWbatt(v) to be low, PLEASE let me know

Thanks in advance for ANY help!!!

Also - have 02 grey z wheels for sale, will post in the correct area soon.
