I don't have the flow numbers at hand but the stock size 97 to 04 is 75 mm. The largest you can go with the LS6 intake without modifying it is 80 mm.
TPIS makes a oval 75mm X 90mm (width). You have to send them your intake for re-work, they replace the snout with a new piece. Flow is 1200 according to the TPIS web site. I have seen a test showing about 10 rwhp inc over 5000 rpm compared to the stock 75 (on a cammed LS1)
If you are running a stock engine, the larger TB will not add any HP. On a boosted or juiced engine it will be of value and also a large cube H&C engine. Up to 2000 the MAF was 75mm and the TB was 78mm. In 2001 they went to the LS6 intake for the corvette and 85mm MAF. At 405 hp the TB was still not a restriction. It will make about 525-550 hp, if you are making more, then a change will be needed
