I have a 2001 convertible & just noticed that the drivers side foglight is way out of alignment. It seems to be pointing down at the ground. I could wiggle my arm down behind the headlamps to move the foglight into correct position (seemed to be on a spring machanism) but it just springs back to the "down" position. Does anybody know how to adjust these?
On my '04 there is a small Torx screw on the front of the lamp that allows you to adjust the aiming up or down. I park the car in front of the garage door and aim it that way. Don't set them too high or they will blind the on coming cars. They are extremely bright if aimed too high.
with the above. There is a small hole in the fascia next to the fog light. I think it's a T-10 torx. I adjusted mine against the garage door so the cutoff line at the top of the beam was just a little above the bottom of the low beam pattern. As mentioned, my lights from the factory were pointed too low.
