I just bought 315-30-18 ps2 tires for a 2002 coupe will they fit? I have 11 inch rims

No, not unless you have aftermarket wider rims, about 11" wide.

I have 11 inch rims I am just worried that the tires are too wide

11" rims are the perfect size for 315 tires.
