Whee is C% Fule Filter

Ok a very dumb question I know but can anyone tell me where the fuel filter is on a 2003 C5??

Underneath the driver's side gas tank, I think. There is at least one post describing the removal and replacement of the filter.

Depending on when your car was made it can be on the frame rail or if it was a later 2003 it is inside the fuel tank and meant to have a life of over 100,000 miles. I purchased a filter and felt like an idiot when I couldn't find it..My car was built in Mar 04 and had the FFS option making it be inside the tank..Look on the Glove Box door and see if it has the FFS option..If it does it is inside the tank
