Remove passenger side front wheel well cover and hook up to white wire #10 located on PCM as nevrenuf posted. Also cut both wire loops, setup MSD as 4 cylinder.
I used double back tape and hooked MSD under dash cover on passenger side piller.
pull the access panel and find wire 10 on the PCM.. hook the window switch to this wire.
Hookup the hot and ground leads,.... your're done.
VERY simple...
That's basically it, in a nutshell. But it really depends on how you have your system set up. Basically, you should use the MSD window switch to close the ground connection on the relay. If you drew out your wiring diagram, I could be more specific. Of course, if you know what you're doing, all you need to know is probably to hook up the white wire to wire 10 on the PCM and set the MSD switch to 4 cylinder mode.
akw408 you are correct MSD only provides ground source. MSD switch is only rated at 1.5 amps. Fuel pressure safety switch is a great place to installl MSD switch, very low load. N20 relay may draw over 1.5 amps, since solenoids are also hooked up to relay.
Thanks for the info, but I am not using a FPSS. So can I hook the window switch to the WOT switch? My WOT switch is currently hooked to the NX relay and the arming switch.
Thanks,
Ross Beltle
Standard WOT switch will not work. WOT switch is just an on/off switch with one power wire running to it. If you hooked MSD window switch to WOT switch all your current will go right to ground through MSD switch.

This is the reason you use a relay instead of wiring the low draw switches and devices directly to the solenoids. Also on the early c5 the tach source is in a different location on the ECU.
