Default Thanks to Vette Doctors

I made an appointment to take my sick Vette to the Vette Doctor. After a 4 1/2 hr. ride to N.Y., I arrived at the shop & was greeted by Carmen. Once we got the car in & set up on the dyno, I was introduced to the staff and we discussed my problems. A diagnosis was made and the Doc started working on the patient. The dyno numbers increased & the problems decreased. Carmean was still not satisified with the results & informed me that he wouldn't let me leave the shop until he was satisfied. Later that day the patient was released once the doctor was satisfied with the results. I have never been treated with such sincerity and kindness the entire time I was there. If you ever find your car "sick", don't hesitate to visit the Vette Doctor. You will leave a satisfied customer & with new friends.
Thanks again,
C5-Jim

That's what amazed and impressed me Jim, Carmen won't let the car leave until it satisfies Carmen! You sure don't find that attitude often at many shops..... That crew does it once and does it right.

Last year at this time, I was going thru a very difficult stretch, not only with my car, (short block needed), but with my father, (emergency quadruple bypass, with both carotid arteries also 99% blocked)...

Needless to say, BOTH the Vette Drs & the surgeons at U of P, got BOTH patients up & running 100%!

Carmen, took my car, told me not to worry, concentrate on family, and he would take care of everything..

Well, let me tell you, for 2 straight nights, I got VIDEOS & PICS of the new engine IN my car & of it RUNNING! He even saved me a $400 flat bed bill by driving it to Englishtown to meet me!

Vette Drs are #1 in my book!
I will never forget the supreme service & excellent work they did for me during a very tough personal time in my life!

They certainly eased the stress & tension we all have when our car goes in for work!

Luckily I live 20 minutes away hehehe I make an appointment, I have enough mechanical knowledge to give a general diagnosis, and Carmen asks me how soon I need it to be done, and damn straight its done for a good price at the time I need it.

I'll put it this way, I always toss shop license plate frames, but I keep theirs on my Vette.
