TPIS Install...Paging C5NOIR!
You seem quite knowledgeble about theses header installs. I had the TPIS headers installed the other day on my 99' coupe. Problem is that they sent me headers for a 2001! No one caught it until they were installed and now the hole coming off the header to reconnect some emmissions tube is in the wrong place and the tube won't reach. Check engine light is on, I blew a PCM P1416 code (AIR system bank 2). The hole in the header is plugged for now and Nate from Xtreme is getting some part from GM to reconnect the hose to the header. The car runs fine but I want to get rid of that check engine light. Is this possible before I actually solve the problem? Should I insist on getting the correct header for my car even though the extra installation will be expensive? Thanx! :crazy:
