Default Starting my mods

Just sent the money to Synergy to bring my '02 6sp up a notch:

Install LS6 heads with upgraded springs & rods
Install 222 cam
Install LS7 clutch
Dyno

While we are in the hood we will replace the timing chain & oil pump.

Already have honker & Z06 cat backs.

I know all this is conservative, but hopefully I'll notice the difference over the stock LS1.

Any thoughts/ideas?

let it breath w/ a set of ar headers!! id do a pulley as well

Given headers serious thought. Am told short headers won't make a difference. In Calif, long headers are illegal but if you pass the sniffer my guess no one looks further. May do them later.

I assume you mean idler pully... why would you replace it?

I think he means the harmonic balancer - they make an underdrive pulley to go in its place. It has to come off to do the cam anyway, so if you were ever going to do one, now would be ideal.
