What the heck are those little pull up handles on the top/back part of the seat do? :confused:

They are extremely useful in the convertible for me. If I pull on the seat it will move a couple of inches forward, not quite enough room to get into the compartment behind the seats. If I use the little tab, the seat leans forward out of the way allowing me to put a bag, CDs, or whatever in the behind the seat storage.
