SLP rocker arms...
i hear the c6 guys gettin close to 20 rwhp with these? how do they do on c5's?

ive seen one dyno test that showed 20 rwhp and 13 lbs of torque on a f body ls1.

You are really changing the fulcrum point of rockers, thus increasing the lift and geometry of your cam.

Not for both questions, just for the tuning question.
You will need to get a tune because you are increasing the geometry of the cam a great deal by doing this (as mentioned above).

I ran 1.8s and did not need a tune. They are like adding 4 degrees to the duration of a stock cam both intake and exhaust because of the rapid lift of the valves. The MAF can sense the slightly extra flow which lets the computer trim accordingly. I would also agree with the 10-20 hp number.
