HID shake
Hey guys anyone install HIDs and have them shake on you over ever lil bump? My Infiniti with original equip doesn't and its quite annoying. If so, what have you done to resolve?

hmm, well i guess you checked everything to see if it tight.
but this is probably normal. assuming you have projectors. its just the sharpness of the cutoff point that makes the "shake" more noticable.

yeah he's right. Also assuming you are using projectors there isnt much you can do about it. I have HID projectors as well and its just the nature of the pop-up headlight housings and the super sharp cutoff. There is no way to make them 100% stiff. I have tried almost everything.

The extra cantilever weight of the projector hanging out the back is probably the problem. I have the same and so does another that has the HID projectors.

Hmmm. It is not the sharp cutoff since I am used to that with my Infiniti. The sharp edge isnt annoying but rather kinda the bright spot towards the middle jumping almost as if the bulb were loose. I guess everyone has the same issue. Just sux paying $1200 and they shake.
