it's a piece of cake!
remove the outer tailight closest to the antenna, remove the trim on the inside of the trunk and unplug the antenna, unbolt the antenna and remove it from the tailight opening, install the new antenna.
that's basically it, you will see everything that you will need to get to through the tailight opening and after the trim is removed inside the trunk.
