anyone know how to get one apart so i can get the cast powdwecoated?
i bought an extra one and its a pin in da azz to get apart.

How far did you get? A4 or M6? I got one apart perfect, had it powdercoated and can't get my A4 OEM one apart, pully or electrical connections. The M6 version I had was very easy to take apart, the sauder is different on the second one I have.

i think i have the auto one...my car is an a4, but when i ordered it from the ac delco place, i gave them a vin off ebay because i was at work and didnt have mine.
its a ****, i guess i will have to take it to an alternator shop to get it done.

found out today it takes some special tool to get the pulley off the front.
can someone link me a place to get the said tool.
