No 2nd gear? No Reverse?

No 2nd gear? No Reverse?
Everytime I try to put it into 2nd gear on my 03 mn6, I just feel grinding.. It won't even go into the gear. Also, when I try to put it into reverse it refuses to go in like the gate to reverse is closed.. Is there something I can do to help this or is my tranny toast.. Thanks!

Contact Rodney at RPM - a forum vendor. He's a great guy and can probably tell you if you're looking at big $$$. He's even running a forum special right now with free installation.

So am I going to need a new tranny? Maybe something else? Just wonderin if there is something I could do.
