Does ECU program affect Pwr doors and locks?

Default Does ECU program affect Pwr doors and locks?
I just reprogrammed my ECU for a supercharger...now my power windows and door lock (unlock works) do not work - everything else on the car is fine. The key fobs are also screwed up in their operation. Is there some more programming needed? Any idea what to check first?

Having same problem with mine as well. Put the Vortech tune in now the windows don't operate and door lock button is useless. Anyone out there have ANY answer?
