Default Minor Electrical Problem

I just bought a CLB and went to install it and discovered the cigarette lighter did not work. No problem I just used the auxilary power outlet for the CLB.
I noticed also that my telescopic steering did not work. I checked the fuse for the cigarette lighter and it was blown. I can't determine from the owner's manual what fuse supplies the telescopic steering. I replaced the blown fuse for the cigarette lighter but it still doesn't work. Any ideas on the problem and also does anyone know which fuse controls the telescoping steering. Thanks

Does the left seat controls work? The telescoping column is controlled by the SCM-L (Seat Control Module - Left). The power should be supplied through the SCM-L. It looks like power is feed to the SCM-L on 10A foot well fuse 4, and 20A circuit breaker 35.

Speedy-Thanks, but the left seat controls all work and I still can't figure out why the cigarette lighter doesn't. I only use it to charge the phone so it is no big deal but just another one of those things that is there so it should work.

Ooops, I misread that, I thought the fuse fixed the lighter socket but not the column. So the column and lighter still does not work?

Correct. Neither work and I don't know if one is related to the other. Can't quite figure out why the fuse was blown on the cigarette lighter and that by replacing that one it doesn't work still.
