With 13k miles, you don't need to change the coolant. Its 100k or 5 years, but with that low mileage, I think I'd leave it. AS for the tranny fluid, its probably fine also, but that requires you remove the drain plug located on the bottom of the tranny and the fill is located on the pssenger side, but higher up the casing. Both are marked as to drain and fill

Manual tranny fluid does not require changing, but some have replaced the factory Dexron III with synthetic. Just remember to use the correct fluid since our manual transmissions use automatic fluid due to the way it's designed.
Hell I bought my car with 12K on it and I changed everything, trans, diff, clutch, fluid, brake fluid, power stering, none of it was bad, but I would rather change these fluids, and coolant, than be worried about them, I know they are up to date and better fluids, than the car came with new....but I do this stuff to all my cars every now and then, I am never worried about a failure due to ****ty fluids... I guess it peace of mind for me. just my 2 cents
