mine did this a few months ago, try the cheap stuff first. i replaced both bulbs and they work perfect now. c-5's have a habit of leaking water at the top of the light housing causing the hot bulbs to blow. if that doesnt do it the hazard switch could be to blame. mine went out before also. try pushing it in and out a few times and see if that helps any. if it is the switch it is not that hard to replace. it took about 30 to 45 min to do. all you have to do is pull the console and radio out to get to it. you do not have to pull the top dash like the service manual says. there is a post somewhere with pics of how to do it. the part is something like $50 or $70 dollars if i remember right. the blinkers run through the hazard switch.
6-pack of E-beer says it's the turn signal relay (10406626). The relay is about $25 and takes 30 minutes or so to install. Do a search for either hazard relay or turn signal relay.
ok so this part number another memeber gave #10406626?
is this the same or a different switch. so far i know that most likely it is the flasher unit behind the switch that went bad. i am prettyh sure is a long green peice
