I bought a set of Falkens... Running at 30psi cold they felt a little soft. I emailed Falken and they said I could run 34-35 psi cold without fear of abnormal wear. I tried 34 psi cold and they felt great until they heated up. Now I'm running 31 psi cold and whenever I think it feels soft I just remind myself they're still a little cold.

I run nitrogen through my BFGs at 29psi cold all the way around. Nitrogen only fluctuates abbout 1 psi when hot. So I am running 30psi cold. Seems to ride much better and treadwear is even. At 29 psi, the BFGs seem to have much more footprint on the ground. I think that is an all around great tire pressure to run on.

Nitrogen fluxuates EXACTLY the same as air.

ran my michelins ps @ 30 cold, and 40k miles center wore out in the rear, droped the fronts to 28 replaced the rears and run 27 in the rear. everything is wearing perfectly, although a little soft in the rear until they heat up ... @ temp the fronts are @ 31 psi and the rears are @ 32, this seems to be perfect for my application. tires maintain even temp all the way across the tread pattern (checked with piro.) during normal driving, when carving corners the outer edges run warmer, and when drag racing the centers run warmer. All around tires are wearing very very well.

Loved the Michelins, but the Bf G-force hook up better @ low speed.
