need help, throttle position always open?
After adding H/C to my 98 the throttle position never goes to 0%, had codes for a bad APP sensor, after changing that, no change, I still show between 8-10% open even if the car is off ??

You're ok.
The TB blade does not completely close, even when the engine is not running. 8-10 deg sounds about right, at least as I remember. As said above, the drive by wire LS engines control idle rpm with the throttle actuator control system, the TB motor adjusts the blade position based on signals from the TAC module. There is no idle air control inside the TB, like L98, LT1s.
