Wheel hub??
I have noticed some grease on my right rear inner wheel and a little on the left wheel too.
I have check real close and do not see any cracks in the rubber boot on the drive axle and simply do not see where the grease is coming from.
I took the wheels off and cleaned them real good and have not noticed any large accumulation of grease.
Is this normal or do I need to replace the hubs.
By the way there is no unusual noise or play in the hubs.

On a '98 model car it wouldn't be surprising for the boots to leak and you not be able to see where it came from. But I suspect that's the most likely source. Replacement boots and clamps are available from GM. Don't take a chance on aftermarket boot kits as they often don't work very well.
