Does'nt have run flat tires
Just bought a 2003. The dealer put new tires on BF G-Force, but what happens if I get a flat, besides the obvious. Does fix a flat in a can work on thes tires?

Fix a flat is a 
because it could ruin the sensors.
You can buy a plug kit and a portable air compressor that should be good enough to fix a standard flat.
If you have a big problem then you will need to have a tow. I would get Triple A with the 100+ towing...

A lot of us run our cars without the run-flat tires (non-run flats improve handling, are quieter, etc).
Here is the tire repair kit that many of us keep in the car just in case. Its made to not damage the tire pressure sensors and is available from Tire Rack, a great forum vendor: http://www.tirerack.com/accessories/...tkit/index.jsp
