Default Hi Beam alignment

Can I get some info on how to vertically align the high beams separate from the low beams on my '98? I've got my low's where I want them but my passenger side high beam is shooting into the ground.....

Something is not right there. Both lights are mounted in the same housing and adjusted at the same time. Can't adjust one without the other. Make sure of which bulbs are burning and their location. Sounds like the wrong bulbs may be burning at the wrong time. Check to be sure the correct bulbs are installed. Or like StephenT said, check to make sure the bulb is seated well in the housing.

one of the two bulbs is not in the socket right. As mentioned, there is only one alignment for the entire assembly. Reinstall both bulbs and make sure all the mounting tabs are in their notches.
