Look on the tire sidewalls. The Goodyear runflats say "EMT" on the side for Extended Mobility Tire. Probably an Eagle F1 GS EMT. If they are the Eagle F1 Supercar tires ... they are NOT runflats.

I just put a set of C6 rim/tires on my Z06.... Turns out they are F1 Supercars with the EMT logo..... they must have been a new GY product for 2005 C6 Vettes. I wanted RunCraps due to all the Phoenix-LasVegas runs I make.
