I started out having hard start ups like a carburated engine thats flooded. I have run a can of berrymans cleaner through the tank with the problem remaining. I am now having misfires at accleration. The misfires seem to come under engine load. I just changed new plugs and wires thinking maybe that would help , no luck. I am suspecting dirty injectors. Anyone know the best way to clean injectors? Fuel pressure is good.

Good advice from everyone. Don't overlook your fuel filter either. Your fuel pressure regulator is in there too. If you've only checked pressure at idle, it's possible it may be dropping off under load.
Food for thought,

You stared out by thinking it might be the injectors,if it is I can tell you that Shell gas has a very good cleaner in it.It is the only one that my s-10 uses.It has a throttle body inj. & those are real bad about getting dirty. I had such good luck with it in the s-10 that I use it exclusively in everything.....
