Looking for connection for Couplers

Does anyone know who was selling the Torque tube couplers. I know you normaly have to buy the whole shaft to get them, but someone posted a while back about someone who had a connection to the manufacturer in Germany or something...
anyone remember???

You can get them from BMW dealer,just ask for 318 BMW couplers.
