Passenger side will not unlock
On my 98 Cpe all switches work and will lock the pass door but no switch or fob will unlock. Is this the module relay issue I have seen on the forum or something else?

The contacts in the unlock relay are burnt and carboned over to the point they won't conduct any current. Cut the end of the relay open, sand the contacts, close it up and tape it over, and you're good to go until they get burnt again.
