How could you possibly be a member of this forum for almost 5 years and NOT know about this problem?? There is A MINIMUM of 3 threads on EVERY page of the C5 Gen AND C5 Tech pertaining to the stupid column lock issue. I bet in the last year I have seen over 100 threads about people asking the same thing....
Does ANYONE use the search button anymore?? Anyone???????

Just installed the CLB in my 97 today in preparation for the trip to Mid America's Fun Fest next weekend!

Thanks to those who provided good info it turned out to be a bad relay...for the several others I'm sorry that after being a member for five years I still dont follow every thread...maybe it's because for three of those five years I have been over sea's fighting our nations war...Thanks for understanding...
