Default Help try to fix it and broken it

Need help, I was trying to clean the ground stud that is near the radiator on the driver side of the car, because I kept getting intermitted service ABS and TCS warning, but they would go away, so after reading the forum, I though it may be bad ground. I took off the nut from the stud. And got a wire brush and clean all the surfaces, when replacing the nut and tightening down the nut, the stub sap. This stud look like it is embedded in the frame. So how do you replace it, can it be replace, and can I do it with out breaking any thing else. And what can I do to drive my vet again
thanks

I don't know if this is correct, but it will work, and if it happened to my car, I would drill and tap the hole where the stud is, then replace the ground lug. Give it a coat of di-electric grease, and move on.

this could work, i just wondered because the stud seems to have a brass base with what looks like to be plastic around it. could be the frame though.
thanks for the reply.
