Help with Diagnostic Code
I need help with a Diagnostic Code.
While driving today I made a Rapid slowdown into a left turn. An Active Handling Code and Warning Symbol appeared. The car drove normally and when I arrived home I did a Code Search which turned up a
"28TCS 1292HC" code. I attepted to clear it and it returned immediately.I did this a couple of times.
I have searched the GM Service Manual and cannot find that Code listed. My car is a 1999 FRC with Active Handling (JL4)
Anybody have any ideas??

Car has 25k miles, brakes feel fine, no changes at all.
I first thought it just "threw a code" and once it was cleared end of story. What got me was it cleared and the TSC symbol lite up and code came right back on.
