Default My Car Has Problems, HELP! Sputtering when at WOT

A few hundred miles after a New RPM Tranny was installed in my A4 and a Yank Converter Swap (SS4000 to a smaller SS3600) everything was driving fine.

The Tranny shift points weren't modifed YET, and the new tranny with the smaller converter made my 6500 shft points drop to 6100, but besides that, the car drove just fine.

Then all of a sudden, I would be crusing at 60 at 2,000 RPM's, and then on WOT, or when I was heavy on the gas, all of a sudden it would pulsate and flutter around 5900 and above, like a bananna was stuffed in the tail pipe. The engine still felt like it was climbing, it didn't just fall on it's face, but it was sputtering reaklly bad. It almost felt like an exhaust leak and you could hear and feel it underneath the car

I got a check engine light after this and the code it was throwing a code. P1133 thought had to do with the o2 sensor, found out the o2 wire was fixed and this didn't fix the issue.

So FAR the following has been checked/changed:

02 sensors and harnesses
spark plug wires
spark plugs
fuel pump
MAF sensor

What could it be? My PCM is locked, but they are going to check the tune when they unlock the pcm, but the pcm was FINE when I drove it the first few hundered miles.

Any Ideas????????????????????

HELP

Default sputtering

make sure the fuel pump can keep up with the engine's demand
when they disconnected your fuel system, did they let the pump run dry for a little bit? it may cause premature pump efficiency reduction
