Daffy,
Do you have any modifications on your car, such as an upgraded intake or manifold?

If you clear the codes does the voltage code come back immediately, or under the same conditions every time?

The car is bone stock and the codes come back pretty much right away.

More than likely you need to r/r the connector that connects to the IAT. It is a pretty fairly common problem. You can check your IAT by pulling it out and measuring the resistance using a DVM. If you apply heat with a hair dryer you should see a change in the reading. The part you are looking for can be found pretty cheap at your local Chevy dealership. It will come with about 10-15 inches of wire. Just splice the connector in and clear the codes. Then drive it and see if the codes come back. More than likely they won't. Good luck with the problem and I hope it fixes it for you. Also, you could check the grounds as referenced by Bill Curlee. This guy knows his stuff.
