Default oil pressure sending unit

Would you recommend a factory replacement sending unit or aftermarket unit?
1999 C-5,oil pressure currently reading maximum reading.
Thanks

Aftermarket. I've heard people replaced it with the OEM, only to have the same problem soon after.

I got a replacement at O'Reily auto parts. I think it was borg warner brand. It lasted till that vette was totaled.

Standard Motor Products PS-308. Bought it at www.rockauto.com It solved my problem over 4 years ago.
Borg-Warner is another well known aftermarket brand too. I haven't seen any feedback here from anyone that has used one of theirs though. I've see far too many posts re: failures of the OEM units.
BTW, (very, very important) Be sure and use a torque wrench and correct sized socket when installing a new unit!
HTH,
Robert

My original sending unit lasted for 120,000 miles. I bought a replacement from Auto Zone. Turns out the replacement has the same part number as the original. I now have 144,000 miles, so far....so good.
