So the other night 3rd gear went out on my newly bought 98 auto vette and Im gonna have to be replacing it. I can get a new one for $3,100 that has a 3 year/100,000 mile warrenty from the dealer, but I didnt know if Im already spending that much would another tranny be a better option?
