Try this post in the " FI/NITROUS " section....you'll get so many answers from those guys that you'll be more confused than before.

Easiest way is to get the ECS kit and have it installed.
9k.
Can you do it for less? Yes. You can buy a used kit. You can install it yourself. You name it. That will pretty much finish you off. No more power unless you build the engine.

You can dial it up to about 550 rwhp, but with an auto, that may be pushing your luck. Out of the box with an auto you will get ~475 hp.

Thats enough to pop the tranny, since it's only good to 400 hp. More power = more broken parts. So from there your on your own.

If you break the tranny, you call Rodney at RPM and get a new one.

Every hp over 500 is one step closer to a blown motor. Some guys run 600 or more. How much money do you have?

I dont have much, so I'm running 475 on a stock motor. Its plently of power for me, and I'm not too worried about breaking anything.

Go to the FI/Nitrous section. ECS on the Eastcoast and A&A on the Westcoast are the big guns in this field. Really cannot go wrong with either. Just take the time to get educated and know what you are looking for. It can get complicated and expensive if you don't. But it also a very large kick in the seat of the pants when these things are installed. Good luck.

And if you are looking for a high performance shop that can do it all from oil changes to building stroker motors to Superchargers/Turbos to building you a high perf transmission.......etc. then call The Vette Doctors (631) 841-0779. You will need only ONE shop for all of your corvette needs. Of course I am speaking from experience too. They won't just take your money but rather discuss with you what it takes to get to the power level desired and not try to sell you what you don't need.

It all depends on the model supercharger and the boost. A 6psi Procharger will bring your RWHP up to around 470Ish, possibly more. All I do know is the procharger will yield you the most power.
