LC-1 Error Code 8
I've got about 12,000 miles on my LC-1. I've never run a drop of leaded fuel in it. It now works for a couple of minutes after starting the car and then gives Error Code 8. Voltage goes to 0 when it gives Error Code 8.
According to the manual, Error code 8 is for an overheating sensor or a bad sensor. I haven't changed the setup at all of the exhaust. I don't know why it would have worked for so long and be overheating now, so I assume the sensor is bad?
1) Do you guys agree that it's probably the sensor that is bad?
2) How many miles do these sensors typically last? I thought a wideband should last as long as a narrow band provided I didn't run leaded fuel.
3) Who has the best price on a replacement sensor for the LC-1?
