Chrome Zo6 wheels
Just got my ZO6 chrome wheels from west coast corvette. Do they just
reuse the valvestems with the sensors as is?

NO !!! the sensors fit & work but do require thicker "O" rings for Z06 wheels...
They should have come with the wheels, if not, I'm sure they'd send you some or you could find some locally.

I watched them and I'm pretty sure they used stock stem and sensor on my 1999 FRC. In fact, the guy commented that it sucked that the stems weren't chrome to match the wheel...
I don't know what an O-ring is...

"O" ring = rubber "ring" shaped gasket/seal that seals the sensor to the wheel to prevent air leaking (like a rubber washer). Goes on the inside of the wheel on the valve "stem" part of the sensor. Most Z06 wheels come with them, the replacement O-rings are MUCH thicker. They're necessary on most (or all) Z06 wheels.
