Windsheild Wiper Spray... not spraying!?

Windsheild Wiper Spray... not spraying!?
I've had this problem since I bought my car in July, but i had bigger issues, like putting headers on and everything else in my sig. Well now i'm down to fixing just the little things that **** me off about it. (more to come i'm sure)
So when i try to spray windshield washer fluid, nothing comes out. The wipers go, but no spray. Anyone know of a fuse or something that could have blown, or tell me where the pump that sucks the fluid out is?
... and before anyone asks, yes there IS windshield wiper fluid in the resevoir.
