air induction system code p0410
I have a 2003 aniv. convt. has 17k miles on it .That code comes up. I looked over everything an didnt see anything out of the ordinary. I deleted the code an it comes back up after a couple trips to town, never right away. Is there a relay an where thats doing this ? I am soposed to head to fall colors out of state with it can i run it like this? hate to go to dealer an get part chase going.

No worry, I get it at least once a week and reset and back it comes. Its the air pump up front that adds air in during startup and if the O2 sensors don't see what they want to see, it posts the 410 code. Best thing to do is get EFLive or other programming and delete it out. You can run your car with no worries with the little car emblem lit up...but if that's lit up by this and you ignore it and then something really wrong happens, you might get in trouble. On my 2000, I can reset the code while driving. So as soon as I see it, I reset it. Hopefully you can do the same thing until you can delete it.
