Rear speaker is dead!
I have -99 coupe, and I just found out that my right rear speaker is completely dead! Not a sound, not even when I "fade" and "balance" it max. to that speaker!
If anyone has an idea, please help?

Speakers generally don't just go bad. They get noisy or distorted beforehand. If you are getting no sound at all, then you may want to try a cheap test speaker in that location first just to see if it's the head unit channel that really failed. You can use a set of radio shack alligator clips to jumper to the test speaker, but be sure to unplug the suspect speaker first. If the test speaker doesn't work either, then I'd lean towards a connector problem under the dash or a head unit problem. I don't have a manual, so I can't get more specific, sorry. Good luck!
