Default Horn Problems
My horn is not functioning, when I press down nothing happens. Also my fog lights are not turning on. I am more concerned about the horn, but are they on the same fuse? Anybody else have this problem? What should I do?

Check for a bad relay under the hood in the fuse compartment for the horn relay.

Happened to me in my 02, and it was the relay. Easy fix.
