You can also order them about any Napa autoparts store as well. You can also run the NGK TR 6's to. Only difference between the 2 plugs is that the TR55's are the stock replacement (heat range) and the TR 6's are one step colder than stock. The TR6's run about $2 each at most places that sell them.

I get mine from Hi-Lo Oriley (sp) and gap them at 0.055, or at least that's how I did it last weekend.

I would go with a .055" gap for your car.

How do you know what gap is good for your car? is .055 the standard? How do the plugs come from the factory?

They come from NGK at 0.060, for basically stock engines 0.055 has been the best from the experience of most of the LS1 forum guys.
