sealed headlight motor
I'm about to replace the gear in the headlight motors of my 2000 that has sealed motors. I just got the gears from Rodney and the complete instrucitions. It looks quite a bit more complicated being sealed.
Any hints, suggestions and ideas?

Its not tough ... just use a small screwdriver and apply a little "encouragement" with a hammer. Do this a couple times around the 'sealed lid' and it will come off. I did mine, and it popped off with no trouble. Really no biggie. I'm away from home on travel right now or I'd finally stop by and meet you and give you a hand.
