head machine work question
well i got these 706 5.3 aluminum heads that i am going to put on my c5 for higher compression plus they are ported/polish but they have 1.89 intake valves and i want to put the 2.0 ls1 intake valves they fit in the stock seat so i called a local machine shop here in tampa fl and they told me it was going to be least $450 for the job i supply the valves.....how much is this job really worth??? how much should i be paying?
