***ECS's new cam is the Real Deal****
This is the same cam we just made 504 rwhp with a set of Trick Flow heads. We wanted to try it on a cam only car and see how it does. The best thing about this cam is the drivability. The car drives very close to stock with a very little rumble. The car we used was an 02 Z06 with old TPIS headers, cats, halltech filter and a B&B Rt 66 cat back. Everything else is stock. We would have loved to see how much more a set of American Racking headers would have made. Wih no cats, AR headers and a 90/90 combo I think we could break the 450 mark easy. Here are 2 videos of the idle of the car. One from the outside and the other on the inside and of course a dyno sheet. You guys would be simply amazed on how this car drives. Any questions, feel free to give us a call.

Sick numbers for a cam only car!!!! You are going to be doing a hell of alot of cam swaps!!!!!
BTW, while you can hear and see the idle just fine your audio sucks!!!! (you are getting some kind of backround noise fron the camera) But I got to hear it on the dyno yesterday and it sounds sweet as hell!!!!!

I'm guessing you're not giving out the cam specs...? What about a price for it shipped to me? Or is it only a jersey thing?
I'd like to see how close I can get mine to that elusive 500rwhp n/a mark and still be able to drive it everyday. What if any comparison can you or Mike make with a baby 224/228 cam drivablility??

Nice peak number, but it becomes obvious that cam needs the heads and manifold to retain any real low end tq.
The torque curve on Mike's car was great....this one, not so much.
290 rwtq @ 3k rpm is not very impressive IMO. Makes for a nice cam-only hp number, but it's a very peaky setup.
The fact it's peaking at almost 7k tells us it's a big duration cam. The "less than .600 lift and 114lsa" claim is definitely hurting it, not helping it, in terms of streetability..

290tq # 3k, is not vastly different than different from some of more popular cams is not bad. and 360 at 4k is what my set up makes.
but how can you say that the "less than .600 lift and 114lsa" is hurting in in streetability? If you saw the vid i posted, you've seen it idle and drive around town, to and from stop lights. If nothing else in these vids you can see the smooth idle, and tone. It's not a beast of a cam - but there is no denying that it makes the power! I now have a bunch of miles on my set up and I can promise you the streetability is awesome!!!

High lift causes valve control issues ending with you netting LESS power than the lower lift cam with better valve control...

Wow nice numbers CAM only. This is smaller then a G5X3? Wow must have agresive lobes and lots of duration. Looks like I have found my winter mods this year, another HC swap. Isn;t it a law that you MUST swap cams every year????
