can anyone lead me through the steps to remove stock exaust on 97 coupe and install loudmouths. thanks
I done mine in about an hour. It's a cake job. Each tailpipe bolts to the rear of the X or H pipe, whatever you have with two bolts per pipe. Then unbolt the hangers above your mufflers. Pull the old exhaust out and install the new the same way you took the old one off. Very easy
My neighbor put Loudmouths on and I bet him within 2 weeks he would get a ticket. well...he got a ticket that afternoon and had to take them off. He was pretty pissed.

We Had this system on our '02 vert for about 6 months (most of that, winter garage time) It's name says it all. They are VERY LOUD! Good for cars with bad stereo systems or people who don't like to talk with their wives much!

Another forum member just recently took them off because he was losing his hearing.

...and you will need the rear end at least 3 1/2 ft. off the ground in order to twist and turn the stock exhuast to get it out...
